1 pound Kielbasa
1 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbs bourbon or apple juice (I used both)
Directions:
- Combine everything in a crock pot
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours
* I multiplied the recipe by 6 for the party of around 120 people and they were a big hit with no leftovers!
